Climate Risk & Early Warning Systems (CREWS) “Analytical Paper to guide the development of Operational Procedures” (ENG)
This analytical paper commissioned by the UNDRR-WMO Center of Excellence, in support of the CREWS initiative, aims to guide the development of Operational Procedures on CREWS programming in FCVs. The analysis focuses on identifying gaps and opportunities based on screening crucial CREWS documents and interviews with key stakeholders, accompanied by tactical and strategic recommendations for the existing operational procedures and other documents.
